​Shelton Seworth is the founder of J'agape, a multimedia company focused on providing a platform for all Christian artists to express their gifting to the world.  Shelton has over seventeen years of sales and marketing experience working for fortune 500 companies such as Verizon.  He has extensive training and knowledge in fine arts and graphic design which developed at the early age of eight.   Most of all Shelton has a burning passion to see lives changed for the better by the gifts minister by God’s people.  He believes that the gifts given to us by God have been placed inside of us for the purpose of encouraging Christian brothers and sisters, attracting the lost and ministering to the unsaved!  His vision is to provide an outlet needed to ensure that the world has every opportunity to experience these gifts and ministries.

In 2010, Shelton began to execute the plan that God gave him for building this ministry.  He began by organizing and hosting open mic events, which began to showcase local Christian talent in the DFW area.  Not only were these events perfect for ministering to people, but they provided great opportunities to network with others who have the same heart and mind to see God’s Kingdom grow.  The events showcased all forms of ministry such as singing, rapping, poetry, fine arts, fashion, community awareness, just to name a few.
 
In 2011, God opened the door for Shelton to take the J’agape movement to the next phase of its evolution, online Radio.  He quickly developed a show that would embody the heart and purpose of J’agape called “The Re-up Restoration Fridays”.  The show features Shelton along with Comedian Deon Mr. Dynamite Miller, and Author/Poet LaSonya Whitt.  Shelton who is happily married does a special segment every week that focuses on practical and effective ways to have a fruitful marriage.

In 2012, Shelton is just beginning to “touch” on the full vision given to him by God.  He is currently working with local artists, churches and community foundations to help them effectively market there ministries.   Stay tuned for more to come as Shelton continues to allow God to lead him!
